Sandbox to Production Transition Guide
Moving to production and going live with your integration
Step 1 - Get API access on Production
Please reach out to your sales contact or account manager for commercial discussions. Note that accessing the API incurs a monthly fee.
After obtaining production access, generate your API key and client ID. Replace sandbox API keys with production ones.
Step 2 - Share your IP address for whitelisting
Share your IP address for whitelisting with your sales contact or account manager, as only calls from whitelisted IPs are permitted in the production environment.
Step 3 - Replace sandbox URLs with production URLs
When you’re transitioning from Sandbox to Production, you’ll need to switch to the Production base URL for your requests.
