Document Type IDs

The documents required for onboarding a sub-account are determined by its country of registration. Each document type, such as a utility bill, has a unique and static documentTypeId. To submit a document, you must first use this ID with the Generate Upload Link API to generate a unique upload link. Afterwards, you'll pass this generated link and its corresponding documentTypeId in your call to the Upload Onboarding Data API.

Please note that there are multiple options for a Proof of Address, however it is strongly recommended to submit a Bank Statement dated within the last 3 months that shows business activity (e.g. multiple transactions shown on the bank statement). This is the best option to avoid RFIs regarding Proof of Operations.

Shareholder Documents

All UBOs above 25% shareholding must be submitted as a shareholder alongside ID and Residential Proof of Address documents. Please note that at least ONE director must be submitted, this can also be a UBO. If there are no UBOs which are Director’s, then a Director must be submitted in the shareholder section even if with 0% shareholding.
