A dedicated account can be opened for sub-account users in their name. The format of this account follows the merchant's name.

All funds that arrive in the account are attributed directly to the customer's XOF wallet.

Supported Payment Methods

Payments are supported through both local bank transfer methods and regional transfer methods within the WAEMU (West African Economic and Monetary Union) region.

Local Transfers:

Local bank transfers are supported, allowing for convenient and efficient payment processing within Côte d'Ivoire.

Regional Transfers:

Supported regional payment methods include:

  1. SICA-UEMOA: Used for payments less than 50 million XOF.
  2. STAR-UEMOA: Used for payments greater than 50 million XOF.

Expected Settlement Time: Three working days for payments within the WAEMU region.

Excluded Payment Methods:

Funds transfers from mobile money operator trusts via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or TISS (Telecommunications Interbank Settlement System) are not supported. These methods lack the required data formatting for proper allocation and will be rejected back to the sender.

Additional Requirements

  • Documents Requirement: Invoices or supporting documents are required for all payments in the XOF region.
  • Maximum Transaction Size: 150 million XOF per transaction.

For seamless transactions, ensure that all required documents are submitted in accordance with WAEMU regulations. If additional details such as IBAN or regional clearing codes are needed by the sender's bank, they should be requested accordingly.
