Sub-Account Onboarding & KYB Submission Guide

Depending upon Verto’s compliance assessment of your organisation, you may be required to submit additional KYB on the underlying sub-accounts. Please discuss with your Verto Account Manager to understand if this guide is applicable for you.

This guide takes you through how you can create and submit KYC for your sub-accounts:

1. First use the Create a sub-account (New) API to first create the sub-account. or add a sub-account through the dashboard.
2. Collect answers to the risk assessment questions as explained in the ‘Risk Assessment Question IDs’ page.
3. View the Document IDs page to understand what documents are required and subsequently use the Document Link Generation API to upload the documents and create the document links.
4. Use the Add Onboarding Data API to upload the required KYC information and document links to the sub-account submission.
