Atlas Go-Live
Before you can access the Verto API in production, all compliance, commercial, and technical requirements must be completed. Production API access will not be enabled until every item listed for your model is confirmed.

Atlas for Fintech

| Parent account onboarded | Your organisation must be fully onboarded on the Verto production environment, including KYB and all required compliance documentation |
| Downstream Assessment completed | Verto's compliance team must have completed the Downstream Service Assessment of your compliance framework |
| Risk acceptance document signed | Your MLRO must have reviewed and signed the Risk Acceptance document confirming the agreed reliance level and agreed product access |
| Commercial agreement signed | The commercial terms for Atlas for Fintech must be agreed and signed |
| IP address whitelisted | Your production server IP address must be whitelisted before API access is enabled |
Atlas for Platform
| Requirement | Description |

| Parent account onboarded | Your organisation must be fully onboarded on the Verto production environment, including KYB and all required compliance documentation |
| Partner Access Agreement signed | The Partner Access Agreement governing the terms under which you operate sub-accounts on behalf of your clients must be signed |
| Commercial agreement signed | The commercial terms for Atlas for Platform, including any FX markup arrangements, must be agreed and signed |
| IP address whitelisted | Your production server IP address must be whitelisted before API access is enabled |
IP address whitelisting
For both models, your production server IP address must be whitelisted with Verto before API access is enabled. To request whitelisting, contact [email protected] with your IP address and account details.

For all compliance and commercial requirements, contact your account manager or sales representative in the first instance. They will guide you through the relevant processes and coordinate with Verto's compliance and legal teams on your behalf.
